ABOUT ME
I am an ambitious real estate professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
I have more than 18 years of experience in the real estate market in Italy, covering roles in consulting and manager for leading real estate companies in Italy and in the field of expansion and development for leading brands in the retail sector.
I started working as a real estate advisor at Tecnocasa at only 19 years old, since 2012 as a real estate manager I have managed the transactions of the main asset class with a particular focus on the residential and commercial properties.
I have gained a good knowledge of real estate finance.
Since 2019, I have gained specific experience in the development and expansion in the commercial real estate industry.
EDUCATION
The strong passion and interest in real estate, finance and investment (especially about proptech and fintech) led me to take the specialization in real estate management at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, the course in private equity & venture capital at Luigi Bocconi University and in real estate finance, completing a training path that has consolidated my strong ambition..
RICS
I obtained the qualification of AssocRICS after having brilliantly passed the verification exam, obtaining the international recognition of Associate Member RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) prestigious global professional organization, founded in 1868 in London, setting standards at the highest levels in real estate.
ESG
The commitment with which I have always paid attention to the principles of environmental sustainability, Social management, and governance has allowed me to be appointed Ethical Advisory Board Incoming Member of Ener2Crowd the Italian platform of direct investments in the green economy and renewable energy sources, through lending crowdfunding.
Participation in the activities of the ethics committee allows me to contribute to the identification of suitable initiatives in the pursuit of the objectives of Ener2Crowd as a benefit company.
CAREER
2004
At only 19 years I started my career in the real estate industry, holding the role of real estate advisor at Tecnocasa.
2017
In the role of real estate specialist in Gabetti I have further refined my knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
2006
Approach for the first time with the large-scale distribution as head of department for Euronics. This brief but intense experience has allowed me to assimilate the commercial logics that regulate the large-scale distribution.
2019
My passion for commercial real estate led me to enter the world of real estate development, holding the role of real estate development manager of the Campania region for MD SpA.
2008
I have played for almost 10 years the role of real estate manager in Professionecasa reaching important goals in the field of transactions and leasing of commercial and residential properties.
2021
With the aim of contributing to the opening of 300 stores in Italy, I am the real estate expansion manager of South Central Italy for JYSK, a Danish multinational that operates in the retail sector in the furniture in Scandinavian style.
